★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 dagen voor starten van de werken gebeld dat hij het toch niet ging doen. Hij wou geen reden geven. Nochtans offerte ed al 2 maanden door ons goedgekeurd.
Called 14 days before the work started that he was not going to do it anyway. He didn't want to give a reason. However, quotation etc. has been approved by us for 2 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reeds verschillende werven van deze aannemer gezien en steeds hetzelfde verhaal :
Correcte prijzen, geweldige opvolging van de werken, propere, gemotiveerde en geschoolde gasten, en ga zo maar door. Sommige klanten komen superlatieven te kort blijkbaar.
Kortom, voor elke verbouwing/nieuwbouw slechts één adres vanaf nu ;-)
Already seen different sites from this contractor and always the same story:
Correct prices, great follow-up of the works, clean, motivated and trained guests, and so on. Some customers are apparently short of superlatives.
In short, for every renovation / new building only one address from now on ;-)
