Little or no advice received. They sold me a bad mattress. I will not go back here.

super satisfied with my mattress super carré. received a good explanation in the store and nicely delivered at home what more could a person want. I must say my night's sleep has improved a lot and my backache is no longer bothered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1jaar na aankoop van mijn boxspring nog steeds ontzettend tevreden van mijn aankoop. Zeer goed geadviseerd geweest in de tijd, redelijk getwijfeld over mijn aankoop, maar toch de goede keuze gemaakt!!! Ik ben alvast zeer tevreden van deze winkel. Nadien nog langs geweest voor lakens en bedtextiel, steeds zeer vriendelijk geholpen geweest. Propere en nette zaak met veel parking voor de deur!
1 year after purchasing my box spring, I am still very satisfied with my purchase. Been very well advised in time, I had some doubts about my purchase, but still made the right choice !!! I am already very satisfied with this store. Afterwards we visited for sheets and bed linen, always helped very friendly. Clean and tidy business with lots of parking in front of the door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told clearly if I purchased some slats and if they didn't fit. I could have the money back. When I returned the item. I was told I could have a credit. Talked with the owner. Very disappointed with attitude and was not given money back. Staff was very friendly however I don't see this place being around very long. In response to the owner I clearly asked if I could have my money back in case the slats didn't fit. Your employee said yes that should of clearly been enough to have my money back.. Your lucky I walked into your shop in the first place so don't say I'm lucky because you gave me a credit on your merchandise I had a receipt and it is the right of the buyer. I wish I could give you 0 stars.
