β β β β β The worst experience I have ever had on a shopping mall. The customer service was the worst and even basic services are not clear. This was an unpleasant experience.

β β β β β One of the best supermarkets here in the city. What makes the difference with others supermarkets especially Albert H is that you can use your credit card, no need to pay by cash. Also, it has good meat and fish.
The only inconvenients are that they need to classify more the food for people that they have some allergy, to let people scan their own products and create an free website to search their products.

β β β β β Okay, so when people talking about how β vriendelijkβ the staff are, I may disagree to some extent. Generally okay , normal. But ironically, the one I assumed to be the most friendly one seems not so happy today. But hello ? Everyone has his own bothering business, and image your customer is also having a bad day and shopping was supposed to be a comfort rather than another disappointment.. urrrh , speechless. As a staff , are you seriously firing at your customer because of een klein zakje? and whereβs the elegant patience of a civilized society?:) That could ruin the shopping experience once and for all. At least I wouldnβt wanna enter there any recently any longer . Bye Match

β β β β β I frequently visit this shop. The other day I had a really bad experience. In the bakkery I saw some 'pistolets' (a type of small round white bread) and put two of them in a bag. At the self scan the shop keeper told me that I had chosen the wrong price category and walked of again. I was confused because I clearly selected the option 'pistolet'. I asked her what option I should choose and she indicated something totally different. So I said, but these are clearly 'pistolets'. She looked inside the paper bag and said: 'Oh, no, these are something-something.' I don't even remember the name. So I said, if these aren't 'pistolets' then I don't want them. Answer: we can't take back fresh foods. (I hadn't even paid for them.) She called the manager. He stated the same things, ridiculing me that I could clearly see these were not pistolets and that I should have read the (teeny weeny) sign that said what they were. I was offended, refused to pay and left the shop angrily. If the manager and shop attendant would have been a little customer-friendly, they could have said: 'No worries, it's an easy mistake to make. They do look exactly like 'pistolets'.' I've added a photo of the 'This is not a pistolet'. (On the upper right hand side.) If these are not pistolets, then what are?
