Hier moet je zijn voor professioneel advies. My question was complex, but the notary came up with a perfect proposal. The further elaboration as well as the communication went very smoothly. This is the place to be for professional advice.

Un des notaires associés a été de très mauvais conseil ce qui a alourdi les frais. Bien sûr dans ce genre de profession qui se veut "élitiste" on ne reconnait jamais ses erreurs et on traite vos objections argumentées par le mépris. De plus, ils ont été peu réactifs et alors que le dossier était très basique et cela a pris des années. Un des collaborateurs qui a finalement pris en compte notre liquidation a été plus efficace que le notaire associé mais cela ne permet pas de redresser l'image très négative que j’ai de cette étude. Very disappointed with this study for the liquidation sharing we were forced to work with them. One of the associate notaries gave very bad advice which increased the costs. Of course in this kind of profession which wants to be "elitist" one never recognizes its errors and one treats your objections argued by contempt. In addition, they were not very responsive and while the file was very basic and it took years. One of the collaborators who finally took our liquidation into account was more efficient than the associate notary, but that does not correct the very negative image I have of this study.
