Après plusieurs appels et email sans réponse pour un devis de plan de travail, il m'a appelé pour me crier dessus et me dire que je le harcèle et qu'il ne veut pas travailler pour des particuliers car c'est un atelier 'professionnel'. Il m'a reproché de le contacter pour passer commande et m'a même traité de gamin avant de me raccrocher au nez. C'est bien la première fois qu'une entreprise me reproche de l'appeler sur son numéro de téléphone pour passer commande. C'est inadmissible! Passez votre chemin et n'essayez même pas de les contacter si vous ne voulez pas être insulté et traité comme un chien
Commercial extremely unpleasant and never reachable by phone or email. After several unanswered calls and emails for a workbench quote, he called me yelling at me and telling me I'm harassing him and he doesn't want to work for individuals because it's a 'professional' workshop '. He scolded me for contacting him to place an order and even called me a kid before hanging up on me. This is the first time that a company has reproached me for calling them on their phone number to place an order. It is unacceptable! Go your way and don't even try to contact them if you don't want to be insulted and treated like a dog
