On voit bien que Monsieur est professionnel.
Il fait attention aux moindres détails ( pour ne pas abîmer les châssis par exemple ) et manie les objets avec douceur.
De plus, il communique avec les personnes calmement et gentiment.

The boss is very friendly and close to the heart and the personnel is amazing , had a lot of fragile items that arrived safe (that was my biggest fear) , Thank you MARIO :-)
