β β β β β Vreselijke ervaring in Mariflor. Eerst bediening door een uiterst vriendelijke vrouw. Daarna kwam echter de echtgenoot aan de beurt. Ondanks het feit dat wijzelf allebei (vrijwillig) een mondmasker droegen werden we behandeld alsof we hoogst besmettelijk waren. De man leek wel paranoia, zeer onvriendelijk en vooral zeer klant ONvriendelijk. Gezien mβn echtgenote in de medische sector werkt is ze nochtans goed op de hoogte van de hygiΓ«ne protocollen maar de man had er geen boodschap aan en bleef maar doorgaan. Toen hij erop gewezen werd dat we gewoon een boeket wilden en niet heel veel tijd hadden werd ons gemeld dat we dan maar op voorhand hadden moeten bestellen. Was het boeket uiteindelijk een mooi boeket: ja! Gelukkig maar. Maar al bij al een uiterst onaangename ervaring. Btw: de winkeldame (net als enkele andere klanten) droegen geen masker en wij welβ¦
Terrible experience in Mariflor. First service by a very friendly woman. Then it was the husband's turn. Despite the fact that we both (voluntarily) wore a mouth mask, we were treated as if we were highly contagious. The man seemed paranoia, very unfriendly and above all very customer UNfriendly. Since my wife works in the medical sector, she is nevertheless well aware of the hygiene protocols, but the man did not care and kept on going. When it was pointed out that we just wanted a bouquet and did not have a lot of time, we were told that we should have ordered in advance. Was the bouquet a beautiful bouquet in the end: yes! Good thing, too. But all in all an extremely unpleasant experience. BTW: the shop lady (just like some other customers) didn't wear a mask and we didβ¦

β β β β β I supported this shop for many years and flowers are lovely. The staff has become very rude recently. I picked up a beautiful bouquet and when I reached the cashier he rudely told me to put the flowers back because this is not a supermarket or Delhaize. Obviously I was confused. He impolitely added I should not touch HIS flowers, he will do that himself. I dont mind that he has new rules, however such rudeness towards well-meaning customers is unacceptable. I also know pressure with sales vs supermarkets and COVID, but his behaviour was really unexpected.
