Eén keer aan de lijn en afspraak gemaakt. Komt vervolgens niet op afgesproken tijdstip - tussen 8.00 en 12.00 uur - opdagen, zonder enkel bericht.
Called voicemail six times last month with request to call back i.v. heating failure and request advice new installation. Never call back. Once on the line and appointment made. Then does not show up at the agreed time - between 8.00 and 12.00 - without any notice.
