Het resultaat is lag dan ook in het verlengde van de input die wij haar gaven. Er werd geen moeite gespaard om ons droomontwerp in detail op te maken en te presenteren. Uitvoering en installatie verliepen vlot en volledig volgens afgesproken timing. Dank u wel Mape! We were helped in a very pleasant way by the interior architect of Mape Keukens. She impressed with her friendly and professional approach. The result is therefore an extension of the input we gave her. No effort was spared to lay out and present our dream design in detail. Execution and installation went smoothly and completely according to the agreed timing. Thank you Mape!

Eind 2018 hebben zij de keuken in mijn nieuwbouwappartement mogen plaatsen, maar begin 2020 was er al een lek in de keuken doordat zowel de reukafsluiter als de overloop niet conform aangesloten waren. Bovendien was het stopcontact gemakkelijkheidshalve los van de muur gehangen, hetgeen levensgevaarlijke situaties kon opleveren. De opgeroepen loodgieter zei dat hij nog nooit aansluitingen gezien had die van zo weinig beroepsernst getuigden. Bovendien proberen wij (zowel de projectontwikkelaar als ikzelf ) deze partij nu al 2,5 maanden te bereiken, maar ontloopt zij elke verantwoordelijkheid en toont zij totaal geen respect voor klanten door zelfs niet te reageren. Blijf hier heel ver van weg en doe uzelf een plezier op de lange termijn door naar de concurrentie te gaan. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and absolutely to be avoided. They were able to install the kitchen in my new-build apartment at the end of 2018, but there was already a leak in the kitchen at the beginning of 2020 because both the odor trap and the overflow were not connected properly. In addition, the socket was conveniently hung from the wall, which could lead to life-threatening situations. The plumber called said he had never seen connections that testified to so few professional seriousness. Moreover, we (both the project developer and myself) have been trying to reach this party for 2.5 months now, but they avoid any responsibility and show no respect at all for customers by not even responding. Stay very far away from this and do yourself a long-term favor by going to the competition.

Wij hadden een goede klik met de interieurarchitect over het ontwerp van de keuken en zaten meteen op dezelfde golflengte. We werden goed geadviseerd ivm materialen, afmetingen, budget, enz... Het is een fris en tijdloos ontwerp geworden, waar we tot op vandaag nog steeds 100% achter staan. Mape is een zeer toegankelijk bedrijf, bij contactname via telefoon of mail werd ik steeds meteen geholpen. Ook de paar ongemakken tijdens de plaatsing van de keuken (verkeerde afmeting werkblad bijv.), werden meteen met de glimlach opgelost. Ik kan Mape aan iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een kwalitatieve keuken én ook belang hecht aan goede communicatie tijdens het gehele proces! We are very satisfied with Mape across the board: from design to installation, as well as after-sales service. We had a good click with the interior architect about the design of the kitchen and were immediately on the same wavelength. We were well advised regarding materials, dimensions, budget, etc ... It has become a fresh and timeless design, which we still support 100% to this day. Mape is a very accessible company, I was always helped immediately when contacted by phone or email. The few inconveniences during the installation of the kitchen (wrong size worktop, for example), were immediately resolved with a smile. I can recommend Mape to anyone who is looking for a quality kitchen and who also attaches importance to good communication during the entire process!

Wel zijn er dreigingen met factuur, maar afwerking gebeurt niet Not satisfied with installation and after-sales service. Defects are promised to fix, but this does not happen. There are threats with invoice, but finishing does not happen

D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low rate quality / price. After one year, doors level down and the edges of covering chips off ! At least twice the price compare to another common brand names (Ixi, eg,...) with no reason. If you plan to buy a "turn key" house with kitchen included in the price, I just can advise you to remove it from the contract and to buy a kitchen by youself in a shop that you will decide. You will safe a lot of unjustified extra cost that they make you pay full price!

Documentation was only provided in Dutch and did not match with our oral agreement with the architect which resulted in a unpleasant surprise at the end. The company showed no willingness to come to a compromise. I wouldn't have used their services again if I had a choice.
