26 ans après, ma petite fille y prend des cours de poney dans un encadrement propre bien aménagé où les animaux sont bien traités où les professeurs s adaptent à leurs élèves
Riding school that my son was already attending when he was 10 years old.
26 years later, my granddaughter takes pony lessons there in a clean, well-appointed setting where the animals are well treated and the teachers adapt to their students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for private classes. The stable looks gorgeous, the horses look healthy and the instructors can teach in several languages. The private classes experience with poney for young children is good, they learn a lot in the 'manège '. It is a 4 stars out of 5 as there are a lot of rules which makes it a bit complicated for customers at first. You need to pay a fee if you cancel 48 hours in advance or if you cancel 24 hours early you loose the class. If your instructor is sick, you don't get a phone call or an email informing you prior to your arrival. They change the instructor. It is not easy for young children to adapt to that.
Review for birthdays. We had an experience at Park Malou with another poney club before so we are able to compare both experiences. I prefered our first experience as the kids were riding for 30 minutes and the customer service with the poney club at park Malou was excellent.it was a third of the price here. Here it was more expensive therefore our expectations were higher and the customer service given by 1 of the 4 animators, 'Sophie' misbehaving in front of children made it sad and painful for the children and the guests.

In 2021 I am still putting stickers in a paper book for timeslot reservations.
There isn't really a point of contact for questions.
If you do happen to find someone from the organisation, they are friendly and helpful.
