Excellent service clientèle .
Gentillesse et disponibilité.
Quand je suis venu récupérer ma commande, il m'a gentiment proposé de laisser le carton d'emballage sur place.
Étant qq'un de très écologique, j'ai également apprécié le manque d'emballages en plastique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils sont INJOIGNABLES au téléphone ! 20 appels en absence sur une même journée, aucune réponse... J'ai commandé et payé un olivier à 200 euros début novembre. Il devait arriver en magasin fin décembre. On est mi-janvier et aucune nouvelle... Et vu qu'ils ne répondent pas au téléphone, n'ont pas d'adresse mail à laquelle on peut les contacter, et le formulaire en ligne sur leur site ne fonctionne pas... impossible de savoir ce qu'il en est.
They are UNREACHABLE on the phone! 20 missed calls on the same day, no answer... I ordered and paid for an olive tree at 200 euros at the beginning of November. It was supposed to arrive in stores at the end of December. It's mid-January and no news... And since they don't answer the phone, don't have an email address where we can contact them, and the online form on their site doesn't work... .impossible to know what it is.

The communication with the customer service center went a bit difficult, but Jonathan of Maisons du Monde Toisson d'Or (where we purchased the bed initially) went the extra mile and helped us very professionally. Thanks to him the issue was very quickly resolved. Thank you once more for that, Jonathan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, a great shop to allow for shopping to find decorations or sofas or overall furnitures (mirror, baskets,...). Be carefull that this one is lcoated right into the toison d'or gallery which you have to enter from the avenue fo same name. The two level shop is a pretty nice design, seems bigger on the inside than what you would expect from outside.
Helpfull staff as well as a new (?) option to have your furnitures delivered within 2hours/whenever you want which looked very interresting.

They have very nicely designed products with good quality and the most important is that they are eco friendly business. I received together with my purchase the attached certification which is against deforestation, more fair distribution of income for populations and supports development and renewal of biodiversity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a flagship outlet for the mega Maision furniture stores this new location disappoints. The usual cosyness of other Maison stores is lost with the high ceilings and amped up lighting levels. There is no provision for disability access to the 1st floor which is utterly outrageous for a completely new shop. Not a lot of furniture, but every department is represented here with a particularly good kitchen crockery and baby section and will find lot here to make your home cosy, though too many shelves are empty (Covid aftershock), but the staff are sweet and multilingual.
