Et de loin les meilleures oreilles de porc de la région. Very nice butchery, meats, cold cuts and preparations of the first freshness and quality. There are cras boyas! J'ai découvert en cet établissement d'excellentes andouilles à griller, du boudin réalisé avec différentes préparations. Un pur délice. Accueil et service sympathiques. Produits très frais, un régal. Personnel, et plus précisément les employées, faussement agréable! Pensant que je ne pouvais entendre à cause de leur masque, elles ont fait 1 commentaire (chacune leur tour) à leur collègue qui me servait: en gros, je prenais trop (5 boudins et 1 ravier de salade)... Après chaque commentaire, le pauvre homme me lançait un bref regard gêné - cela m'a confirmé que j'avais bien entendu... J'étais trop choquée et surprise pour réagir sur le coup... Cela fait 1 an et la pilule n est toujours pas passée! S'ils n'ont pas envie de vendre, qu ils ne tiennent pas de commerce! Malgré ma demande .Les deux premières tranches bien fines , ensuite doublé de grosseur sans doute pour aller plus vite : Très dommage ; J'espère que ça va se régler dorénavant . Merci .
