1. Unfriendly staff
2. Super long waiting time as there is only 1 counter catered for foreigners (etrangers). Be prepared to wait for at least an hour with only 5 people ahead of you.
3. Everyone except the one who sits at the foreigners counter, the rest of the staffs hardly speak/ understand any English..not even bare minimum. Don't bother speaking to the ladies at the information counter (accueil) if you don't speak French
4. Takes 4 months to convert to Belgian driving license
5. Even if you have a question, you will need to take a number and wait for half a day before you can even prepare to get anything done.
6. In short, don't bother staying in this commune if you don't speak any English. Move to a Dutch speaking commune where people are much nicer and professional.
