Mais j'ai été déçu par le manque de sérieux : un terrain qui soi-disant leur appartenait alors qu'en réalité pas du tout, et qui finalement nous est passé sous le nez. The welcome was very good and the staff was friendly and pleasant. But I was disappointed by the lack of seriousness: a ground that supposedly belonged to them when in fact not at all, and which finally came under our noses.

g	grégory duran gantes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous souhaitez une maison clé sur porte où vous devrez vous battre avec le constructeur du début à la fin des travaux et même encore après pour ESSAYER d'avoir une maison correcte, opérationnelle et bien finie, alors n'hésitez pas à signer avec eux! QUE DES PROBLEMES!!! Que ce soit avec les sous-traitants ou les ouvriers de la maison mère! Il a fallu constamment les contacter car beaucoup de travaux étaient mal exécutés, sans le minimum de logique que cela requiérait et lorsqu'on osait signaler un énième problème, nous pouvions nous trouver face à un des fils Boscarino colérique et limite menaçant. Une fois la construction terminée, aucune des petites corrections à faire n'a été faite et évidemment, plus aucune nouvelle de Maison Boscarino!! Le sanitariste a fait faillite, le responsable des châssis ne répond pas face au problème du nouveau moteur du garage qui ne fonctionne pas et la cerise sur le gâteau, nous sommes restés 11 jours sans chauffage ni eau chaude lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans notre nouvelle construction! Très mauvaise communication et aucune bonne volonté de leur part pour régler un problème! If you want a turnkey house where you will have to fight with the builder from the beginning to the end of the work and even afterwards to TRY to have a correct, operational and well finished house, then do not hesitate to sign with them ! ONLY PROBLEMS !!! Whether with subcontractors or workers from the parent company! We had to constantly contact them because a lot of work was poorly executed, without the minimum of logic that this required and when we dared to report yet another problem, we could find ourselves facing one of the angry and borderline threatening Boscarino sons. Once the construction was finished, none of the small corrections to be made were made and obviously, no more news from Maison Boscarino !! The sanitary worker went bankrupt, the chassis manager did not respond to the problem of the new engine of the garage which did not work and the icing on the cake, we were 11 days without heating or hot water when we returned to our new construction ! Very bad communication and no good will on their part to solve a problem!

Malgré la crise, Mr Claudio Boscarino a toujours été d'une grande disponibilité et réactivité pour faire en sorte de respecter les délais et le budget. Lui et son équipe ont fait preuve de grand professionnalisme lorsque il y a eu quelques erreurs en cours de route (ce que je trouve normal dans le processus de construction) et ont toujours remédié aux problèmes rapidement. Bien que certains détails de finition puissent être perfectibles, je recommanderais Maison Boscarino sans hésitation pour les raisons citées. Nous nous sommes véritablement sentis accompagnés par Mr Claudio Boscarino dès la pose du premier bloc jusqu'à la réception. We had our closed shell built by Maison Boscarino in 2020, during the Covid19 period. Despite the crisis, Mr. Claudio Boscarino has always been very available and responsive to ensure that the deadlines and budget are met. He and his team were very professional when there were a few mistakes along the way (which I find normal in the build process) and always fixed issues quickly. Although some finishing details could be improved, I would recommend Maison Boscarino without hesitation for the reasons mentioned. We really felt accompanied by Mr Claudio Boscarino from the installation of the first block until the reception.

Les prix pratiqués sont très raisonnables et les matériaux proposés sont toujours de très bonne qualité. Nous avons eu régulièrement des réunions de chantier avec le patron de la société, c’est quelqu’un de très professionnel, qui a toujours su nous conseiller judicieusement et qui, contrairement à pas mal d’autre, est facilement joignable ! Si c’était à refaire nous n’hésiterions pas une seconde, et nous recommandons cette société à tous ceux qui comme nous souhaite, souhaitent concrétiser leur rêve en étant bien accompagné. At the end of January 2021, we have just completed the construction of our new turnkey house, with Maison Boscarino and we are absolutely delighted. The prices charged are very reasonable and the materials offered are always of very good quality. We have had regular site meetings with the boss of the company, he is a very professional person, who has always been able to advise us judiciously and who, unlike many others, is easily reachable! If it had to be done again we would not hesitate for a second, and we recommend this company to all those who like us wish to make their dream come true by being well supported.
