★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres bon accueil et suivi malgre une premiere piece commandee defectueuse chez le fournisseur. Le delai de reparation a donc ete rallonge mais ne remet pas en cause la qualite du suivi.
Very good welcome and follow-up despite a first defective part ordered from the supplier. The repair time has therefore been extended but does not affect the quality of the follow-up.

En fin, une résolution simple, claire à un prix honnête. Et par dessus tout : une compréhension de l'"angoisse" que peut représenter "l'abandon d'un ordi ou d'un gsm" pendant une certaine durée. Bref, super service humain.
Great service. At the base a really welcoming smile and a professional listening. Then, an effective and solution-oriented analysis and diagnosis. In the end, a simple, clear resolution at an honest price. And above all: an understanding of the "anguish" that "leaving a computer or mobile phone" can represent for a certain period of time.
