Er dienden twee leuningen geplaatst te worden. De ene leuning was OK, de andere leuning verre van. Ik heb moeten terugbellen om de leuning uit te breken en opnieuw te plaatsen met aanpassing van de leuning (met knik). Daarvoor heb ik een meerprijs moeten betalen van 400EUR! Nadat ik had vermeld dat ik graag de leuning zag op een hoogte van circa 95 cm tot 1 m, is de leuning in het begin amper 85 cm hoog waardoor je je bijna moet bukken om er aan te kunnen. Jammer om zoiets te moeten vaststellen nadat ik zeer duidelijk had gemaakt hoe het moest geplaatst worden.
Not satisfied with the placement of one of our banisters.
Two handrails had to be placed. One railing was OK, the other was far from it. I had to call back to break out and reposition the railing with adjustment of the railing (with kink). For that I had to pay an additional price of 400EUR! After I mentioned that I would like to see the handrail at a height of about 95 cm to 1 m, the handrail is barely 85 cm high in the beginning, so you almost have to bend over to reach it. Too bad to have to establish such a thing after making it very clear how it should be placed.
