β β β β β Do not charge your account balance, select the plan you want and pay only for that directly. Turn off your mobile data when you re-activate for the new month, otherwise it will use your account balance and you will not have enough to reactivate. All of this is part of lycamobile's plan to steal your money. Shame on pathetic business leaders that go down this route.

β β β β β This provider is very popular with scammers sending phishing SMS.
I regularly receive phishing scam SMS from Lycamobile numbers pretending to come from banks and government institutions with links to fake login pages.
Since these scammers buy sim cards this practice is profitable for Lycamobile, hence they do nothing to stop this. I wish scetchy companies like this would just disappear from existence along with the unscrupulous people who work there.

β β β β β Three days searching a store to register the SIM card! Any of the shops pointed on lycamobile.be doesn't register. Online is not possible, besides that the Network is terrible is you are out of big cities, terrible! giving up of Lycamobile now. Update: I bought a SIM card online, never arrived at my address and they never give the money back, that's a real SCAM!

β β β β β With obvious breaches of data protection on phone calls to call centre aswell as no customer service skills and constant ending of phone calls. Never letting the customer actually speak when they have a problem and also manager hanging up when this is being explained. I asked for a recording of all my calls and was confirmed by a normal agent he would send them to me . I am now contacting a solicitor and will be taking action for the multiple data protection breaches

I was having issues with them for the last week.
Me and my boyfriend bought two sim cards worth together 30β¬ on monday and wanted to register them.
The whole registration process on the internet via webpage didnβt work because it said that our ID CARDS are not valid for no specific reason. We have Slovenian ID CARDS and my boyfriend also have a PROOF OF LIVING here in Belgium but not the first one not the second option worked.
I have also talked to their office on email and they said I should try registering again or go to a store locator near me.
I tried doing it again on the internet but the same problem accured and I also went to a store where they did help me but only with registering the number on the receipt.
When I tried caling my boyfriend after that It said that I still need to register via internet but AGAIN IT DIDNT WORK.
WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
