★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totaal geen klantenservice ! !!!!! Tijdens verkoop wordt er totaal geen informatie verstrekt over de kleding (model, maten, wasbaarheid en kwaliteit) en de mogelijkheden tot ruilen. Bij ontevredenheid moet je als klant zelf met oplossingen aankomen en bij vraag naar prijzen van retouche aanpassing is er zelfs geen antwoord. Vreselijke ervaring met deze winkel en dat voor duurdere kleding! Ik raad deze winkel zeker niet aan!!!!!
No customer service at all! !!!!! During the sale, no information is provided at all about the clothing (model, sizes, washability and quality) and the options for exchange. In case of dissatisfaction, you as a customer have to come up with solutions yourself and when asked about prices for retouching adjustments, there is even no answer. Terrible experience with this store and that for more expensive clothes! I definitely do not recommend this shop!!!!!
