★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered three sandwiches to eat inside and they never came. We waited 45 minutes and asked them THREE times where our order was. First time “oh I’m really sorry but you know with the stress….” No mention of when or how we’d get our order. Second time “yes sir I’ll take care of that right away”…with no follow up. Third time, same thing. Finally had to wait in line to get my refund. All the manager had for me was “yeah sorry we were really stressed” but there was hardly no one left in the place. Not once after asking did they try to take care of us. Luckily, I got my refund and the manager didn’t even offer a free sandwich, just a “yeah sorry we were busy and we consistently forgot your order”. It’s hard to find customer service this poor elsewhere in Brussels!
Important to note that the sandwiches were 100% ready and put on a plate in front of us when we ordered them. They should have just been given to us there. Also, we didn’t seem to be the only people that day who were in a similar situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Employees having fun inside while not caring about the queue. Plus, with loud music together with colleagues talking inside, of course they don’t hear the customer’s request. Finally, the latte machiatto was the worse I have ever had, it seemed a prefabricated machiatto made out of industrialized powder… and such a easy thing came late.
The ambiance and decoration are nice but it definitely needs more improvement.

Staff wasn’t really attentive, they forgot my fresh orange juice and the toilets were dirty..
good for Take- away, but not for staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters were working with the mask not covering their nose and the people behind the desk with no mask at all, the cheesecake was old and the bottom layer with speculoos was too humid to be a fresh cake, the table was dirty and even after being served the waiter did not clean it from the cups left from the previous clients, so not a good experience, the place is not cheap so I’d expect a good service a clean place and good and fresh products.
