Certe sa peu arriver, que l'erreur et humaines mais il y a une certaines limites.
Store not maintained, personal unpleasant with the customers. Forget to remove promotions posted in stores and then dare to tell us to make purchases and refund us! Just execrable this store. I would never put a foot on it again !!
Certainly it can happen, that error and humans but there are some limits.

There is something to help out there. But the day I presented him, it seemed to me that there was a lot of stress so not very available to the client.
