Unprofessional and a disgrace to the retail sector. I paid €1300 for a cooker, which turned out to be defective in multiple ways and generally of extremely poor quality. Lommelen customer service just says "contact the manufacturer", despite the item never having been used and me sending immediate notification. They avoid any personal contact by only having email contact, with no showroom. The attitude of this retailer is "now we have your money, you can go to hell". I have discussed with a lawyer and will be taking action. Whatever you do, avoid this retailer like the plague - or Covid! Edit, after seeing the ridiculous reply from the owner. Thankyou for your response, one thing you seem to have misunderstood, I reported the issue after TWO DAYS, not two months. It remains totally unused. The door is only one of the issues, but is indeed the main problem. It is very disappointing that, with reporting the issue very quickly, you have this attitude. It shows that you take no responsibility for the quality of appliances you supply, and no responsibility for assisting customers with issues once you have their money. I hope other potential customers read this review - which is truthful of my experience with your service. I suggested a course of action, which you dismissed with a one line email. An honest review is not blackmail, it shows your disdain for customers to even suggest it.

Do not buy !!! First we had to wait a long time for delivery. After I posted a bad review, I suddenly got a response. Then a free guarantee is offered, which was neat. So put bad review positive again. On delivery, the device turned out to be considerably damaged on the side. It is a built-in device, but still, I can expect a new device to be undamaged. Mail sent and the contact that has taken place afterwards is very customer unfriendly! No apologies, but mostly a rebuttal. Never again !! In the meantime received an email that the warranty has been withdrawn because of my review!

Two items received in good state and ok with description. However the deliveries were really slow (6 weeks as they are working with delivery businesses) and the customer service is only responding when you insist a lot. Ok if you have time to wait for your stuff and willing to follow it carefully.

I placed an order on 14.11 for a dryer on a 100 eur less price than any other seller with an estimated delivery in 5 days. I contacted them a week later about the delivery when I got the answer that due to the pandemic I will got it only on the week of 50 (4 weeks from order) but I can choose from other dryer from their existing stock (I ordered an A+++ and was offered A++). I answered I wait for my stuff. As my ordered dryer didn't arrive on the week 50 I contacted them asking for news. They replied that my dryer going to arrive around 21 January (9! weeks from order!). I prompt send a reply asking for reimbursement. It was on 30 December. Since then I tried to contact them 4 times but they are totally disappear no communication has been sent to me from them. Just to avoid the any reply I am not their customer here are the order numbers: No 134799 and No 135434 Do not order from them!!!!

I brought a cook from Lommelen. On their site, the delivery should be to the door of the appartment if there is a lift. I live on the 3rd floor with a lift. I went downstairs by lift with my baby of 3 months in a baby-stroller to welcome him, but the driver refused to deliver my cook to the door. He only put the cook in the lift on the ground floor and refused to go up with me until my appartment! When I asked him to help me, since I was with my baby in a baby-stroller on the ground floor and there was impossible that I went up with my cook and my baby at the same time, he simply refused and insisted that if I didn't take the cook by myself he would take away my cook!! I have never met someone with cold blood like that in Belgium, more over, on their site the delivery should be to the door of apartment instead of the door of lift! Very poor experience with Lommelen.!. My order is 182124.

I placed an order on 20/10 for a very attractive price with an estimated delivery in 5 days. I contacted them a week later only to find out that due to the pandemic they will receive my product with a delay (about 3 weeks after my order). It was even later (4 weeks from order) that they informed me of the product being unavailable at the factory. They said that I won't find that model anywhere else and before months, so tried to convince me to get another model from their existing stock. I refused asking for reimbursement and accepting the 15.25e administrative costs. 3 weeks after that, I contacted them again asking for news. I finally received my money on 8/12. (For info, the same date I asked for the cancellation of my order, I bought the exact model on different site and it was delivered in 2 days.) My worst experience in online shopping! UPDATE: Today (18/12) I was refunded the 15.25e administrative costs. I don't know why, how. No communication has been sent to me from them.

They are awfully lying. I ordered a indesit washing machine online, after 2 weeks, they finally came back from the holiday or ... (i don't know where) they sent me an unpacked washing machine. Wrapped by a blanke! The driver told me it is the displayed model from the shop ... and it's new!!! Then he told me the new one is 100 euro more! And when i refused to take it, he starts to threatening me that i have to pay for the delivery !!! Calling them the same day, they told me a different story that the packaged was damaged and we just unpacked it to see if it's ok!!!!! Then again telling me that i have to pay for the shipment!!!!!!

Update: instead of taking this problem seriously (to call me and to do something), they only answer by chat, saying that I'm lying to other clients :). Of course, they don't say where I lie (as they pretend). Great behaviour to blame clients instead of taking responsibilty for delivery time later than what was advertised. I've got my time to defend my rights ;) The process: Looking good at first: fast reply on the online chat, they told me delivery will be fast. So I paid. Then started the problems ;) Their website announced "delivery between 2 to 4 weeks". So I waited for 4 weeks. But now (5.5 weeks later), instead of taking responsibility and pay me back, they say "it should arrive in 3 weeks, if producer sends it" and they play with words: "if you want to cancel, you should follow the procedure". Wait a minute: I don't want to cancel! You took my money and you advertised a delivery that you can't keep. It's a failure on your side, not mine. To future customers: be careful as low price at first hand, might end up in more problem and time-wasting. Below, an idea of the type of communication, once you paid. Never a "hi", never a sorry, never a we"ll try our best to help you.
