★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De roltrappen zijn nogal vaak kapot. Ik wou iets gaan vragen aan de persoon achter de balie maar die was er niet. Heb een halfuur zitten wachten maar niemand kwam. Het was nogal dringend maar oke,
ik ben gewoon weggegaan dan.
The escalators are quite often broken. I wanted to ask the person behind the counter something but he wasn't there. Have been waiting for half an hour but nobody came. It was quite urgent but okay,
I just left then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideaal als je naar Gent, Antwerpen of Dendermonde/Brussel wilt gaan! Het gebouw heeft echter zijn tijd wel gehad. Ook zijn verhoogde perrons en effectief werkende roltrappen niet onwelkom.
Ideal if you want to go to Ghent, Antwerp or Dendermonde / Brussels! However, the building has had its day. Raised platforms and effective escalators are also not unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my school train here every day and it’s appalling how much they strike! People have to get home and do their schoolwork and if we get home an hour or two late it’s really hard to get on top of things. Bosses should listen to their workers so they don’t feel the need to strike! Other than that, staff on the train are nice. Except that one old guy in the window ( at reception) refused to give me student id papers just because he didn’t want to. A nice lady gave them to me the next day.
