★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aujourd'hui nous sommes venus à 8h pour rendre du matériel .l'ouverture du magasin 8h...Personne grille fermée. Après 10 mn d'attente un employé arrive avec une certaine nonchalance. Pas un mot d'excuse pas un regard rien. Il nous laisse décharger dehors et lui commence a s'installer tranquillement à son poste de travail et nous laisse attendre (on travaille aussi et nous n'aimons arriver en retard ) bref il faut penser à remonter l'information à cet employé qui doit se ressaisir parce qu il donne une mauvaise image à l'entreprise. Par contre la personne que nous avons eu avant hier très bien très pro
Today we came at 8 am to return equipment. The store opens at 8 am ... No one closed gate. After 10 minutes of waiting, an employee arrives with a certain nonchalance. Not a word of apology, not a look, nothing. He lets us unload outside and he begins to settle down quietly at his workstation and lets us wait (we also work and we don't like to arrive late) in short, we have to think about relaying the information to this employee who must be re-enter because it gives a bad image to the company. On the other hand, the person we had the day before yesterday very good very professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel agréable mais materiel non-entretenu: les 2 outils loués (compresseur et aerogommeuse) chez eux ont tous 2 du etre rendus dans la journée. Resultat des courses: un ouvrier qui a perdu une journée complete de travail à essayer de resoudre les problemes et devoir les rammener + location d’un compresseur ailleurs qui a servi a rien… heureusement qu’ils ont bien voulu rembourser la location de machine (mais pas l’ouvrier qui a perdu son temps et l’autre compresseur loué chez un concurrent)
Pleasant staff but non-maintained equipment: the 2 tools rented (compressor and aerogommeuse) at home both had to be returned during the day. Result of the races: a worker who lost a full day of work trying to solve the problems and have to bring them back + rental of a compressor elsewhere which was useless ... luckily they were kind enough to reimburse the rental of the machine ( but not the worker who wasted his time and the other compressor rented from a competitor)
