★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A éviter. Désagréable, prétentieux et refuse de faire un travail qui ne l'intéresse pas. Pas assez lucratif sans doute. Bref le genre de gars qui ferait mieux de rester dans son atelier et d'engager quelqu'un qui a un peu plus le sens de l'accueil des clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. Not cheap but I bring all my quality dress shoes here for repairs and resoling. You often see employees of the classic stores dropping off shoes as well for repairs. FYI when he does a complete resoling, the sole looks better than when it came out the factory.

He'll also install proper embedded toe taps "fers encastré", which is almost impossible to get done in Brussels. Prices are fair given the work. Recommended.
