★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik volgde de masterclass ‘hoe denken we echt? Van negatief naar positief!’ En vond het een echte aanrader. Een leuke mix tussen theorie en praktijk. , de theorie werk op een manier werd gebracht die ‘blijft hangen’ en de praktijk bevat handige tools en tips om in het dagdagelijkse leven te gebruiken. Ook in de laatste les die helemaal op de praktijk gericht is zit een fijne en verrassende samenwerking die een meerwaarde is in het geheel.
 I attended the masterclass 'how do we really think? From negative to positive!' And I highly recommend it. A nice mix of theory and practice. , the theory work was presented in a way that 'sticks' and the practice contains useful tools and tips to use in everyday life. Also in the last lesson, which is completely focused on practice, there is a pleasant and surprising collaboration that is an added value in the whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben super blij deze masterclass lessen van Live a lot te hebben gevolgd! Ze waren enorm interessant en leerzaam. Heel goed om dicht bij jezelf te gaan staan en na te gaan hoe je nu echt je huidige leven positief kunt om buigen door middel van reflectie en interessante oefeningen! Een mooie combinatie van praktisch in de groep om te gaan, onderhouden door een lichte vorm van theorie om mee van start te kunnen gaan. Ook de laatste les, met mooie bonus kunnen afsluiten door een leuke samenwerking. Hier alvast een enorme enthousiasteling dus!
Zeer mooie prijs, je krijgt zeker waar voor je geld. Mooi verdeeld in verschillende lesmomenten. Leuk onderhouden met geluids- en beeldmateriaal. Ik zal in de toekomst zeer zeker nog andere masterclasses van Lieselot bijwonen.
I am super happy to have followed these masterclass lessons from Live a lot! They were extremely interesting and educational. Very good to get close to yourself and find out how you can really bend your current life positively through reflection and interesting exercises! A nice combination of practicality in the group, maintained by a light form of theory to start with. Also the last lesson, with a nice bonus through a nice collaboration. So here's a huge enthusiast!
Very nice price, you definitely get value for money. Nicely divided into different lessons. Nicely maintained with sound and visual material. I will definitely attend other masterclasses from Lieselot in the future.
