★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakzetters... als je dringend papieren nodig hebt die zij moeten doorsturen mag je gerust een week of 2 wachten...dan bel je en zeggen ze dat het hen niet kan schelen. + als je in de toekomst een mailtje stuurt om te vragen voor een vakantie attest voor je nieuw werk, mag je gerust ook een week of 2 wachten terwijl ze aan telefoon zeggen dat ze het de dag erachter doorsturen. NIET DUS
Sackers ... if you urgently need papers that they have to send you can safely wait a week or 2 ... then you call and they say they don't care. + if you send an e-mail in the future to ask for a holiday certificate for your new work, you can also wait a week or 2 while they say on the phone that they will send it the day after. NOT SO
