De plus, lors de ma dernière visite pour retirer un article envoyé en réparation j'ai attendu plus d'un quart d'heure dans le magasin avant que quelqu'un arrive... Bien entendu sans un mot d'excuse pour l'attente !
The saleswomen are very unpleasant, never a smile and it seems to disturb them. In addition, during my last visit to remove an item sent for repair I waited more than fifteen minutes in the store before someone arrives ... Of course without a word of excuse for the waiting!
