We mochten niet bieden zonder opschortende voorwaarden, Dus bieden we zonder opschortende voorwaarde en zelfs hoger als de vraagprijs MAAR OPEENS IS HET AAN IEMAND ANDERS VERKOCHT, terwijl er helemaal gaan andere kandidaten waren...Ook bellen ze nooit terug, Ze mailen noooit of te nooit terug op al uw biedingen . WAT EEN AMATEURISTISCH KANTOOR.Ze moesten deze mensen hun vergunning intrekken. Door dit kantoor krijgen andere fatsoenlijke makelaars een slechte naam. Is that the worst real estate office ever ?? ABSOLUTELY !!!! Please never do business with this because you are guaranteed to be SCAMED !!!! We were not allowed to bid without suspensive conditions, So we bid without suspensive condition and even higher if the asking price BUT ONCE IT SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE, while there were other candidates going all the way ... Also they never call back, They never email or never back on all your bids. WHAT AN AMATEURIST OFFICE, they had to revoke these people's permits. This office gives other decent brokers a bad reputation.

Na een onvriendelijk telefoongesprek, bleek dat ik pas een 3-tal weken later het appartement voor het eerst kon bezichtigen. Op de dag en tijdstip van de afspraak begeeft ik mij naar het appartement. Om dan tot de conclusie te komen dat er geen makelaar aanwezig is. Toen telefonisch contact met LWC opgenomen. Bleek opeens het appartement al verkocht te zijn!!! Hoe onprofessioneel? Een afspraak annuleren is precies ook te veel moeite? Kan dit immokantoor absoluut niet aanraden. Called immediately for an appointment when an apartment was put up for sale on their website. After an unfriendly phone call, it turned out that I could only view the apartment for the first time about 3 weeks later. On the day and time of the appointment I go to the apartment. To come to the conclusion that there is no broker present. Then contacted LWC by telephone. Suddenly the apartment appeared to have already been sold !!! How unprofessional? Is canceling an appointment too much trouble? Can absolutely not recommend this real estate agency.

M	Meg Aturu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with this housing agents as an immigrant looking for a flat to rent, was not very good in the sense the guy on the desk of the renting section was not very professional. For example, we saw a flat with a renting price of 565euros (our loan was around 1300euros), and the guy in the renting section told us he forgot to hand over our file to the landlord and the excuse he gave was that he had too much work on his desk. We saw about 4 different flat with this price range less than 600euros and each time the answer we get why we were not taken was that the landlords have chosen someone else.

For me to be honest where am living it's very difficult for me because i have to shearing bathroom and kitchen with 3 other people and they are not keeping the place clean so i really needed help to find a 2 bedroom place for myself am willing to pay 550 or 600. Euro per month. Thanks again very much
