Bediening kon beter. Niet erg vriendelijk en niet echt vlot.
 Waffle and ice cream mediocre, but ok.
Service could be better. Not very friendly and not really smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai mangé une très bonne glace ?(goût speculoos et cookie; j’ai bien apprécié le fait qu’il y aie de petit morceau de cookies dedans ?) ! Il y avait vraiment beaucoup de choix de parfums, je trouve ça génial personnellement ? Il y a juste eu un problème de compréhension de la part d’un employé à propos de notre commande mais bon.. je pense qu’il ne comprenait pas bien le français
I ate a very good ice cream ? (speculoos and cookie taste; I liked the fact that there is a small piece of cookies in it ?)! There was really a lot of choice of scents, I find that great personally ? There was just a problem with understanding from an employee about our order but hey .. I think he did not understand well French

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik woon om de hoek en kom hier zeer graag! Hele lekkere wafels! Echter vandaag geweest en 2 verbrande wafels gekregen. Ik bracht ze terug en ben nog nooit zo onvriendelijk behandeld geweest!!! Shame on you!!!
I live around the corner and love coming here! Very tasty waffles! However, went today and got 2 burnt waffles. I returned them and have never been treated so unkindly!!! Shame on you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De medewerker had duidelijk geen zin om te werken. Terwijl hij ons aan het bedienen was, stond hij te kletsen met een vriend en was niet vriendelijk. Bancontact kon niet? Veel keuze aan ijs, smaak zo zo, kleine bollen.
The employee clearly didn't feel like working. While he was serving us he was chatting with a friend and was not friendly. Bancontact was not possible? Lots of choice of ice cream, taste so so, small scoops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good ice cream with good price (1.8 one flavour & 3.5 two flavours). However the waffles are very flat and basic. But what is the most disappointing is the staff, not friendly at all :( and that is the reason I will just buy my ice cream from somewhere else!
