I must have had the book the next day my sister goes and they don't "find" it anymore ?! And saying it was last borrowed in 2009 I got it!

Good advice and service, but it remains a small library. Centrally located, after the library you can drink nice coffee on the market. Possibility of parking. Opening hours quite limited. Torhout is a small town...
