★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben een bijeenkomst met 11personen coronaproof kunnen laten doorgaan in de vergaderruimte boven de bib.
Voldoende ramen die open gezet kunnen worden voor verluchting en goede verlichting (wel enkel bereikbaar via trap).
Tof dat we de keuken mochten gebruiken, zodat we zelf in onze catering konden voorzien.
Iets minder is de akoestiek van de ruimte waardoor deze minder geschikt is om in kleinere groepjes tegelijkertijd in gesprek te gaan. Als je dat toch wil doen is het noodzakelijk om goede afspraken te maken opdat iedereen verstaan wordt. (Zodra meerdere personen tegelijkertijd spreken wordt dat quasi onmogelijk.)
Voor een standaard, plenaire en gemodereerde vergadering is deze zaal wel ideaal.
Voldoende parkeergelegenheid aanwezig en op wandelafstand van treinstation en openbaar vervoer.
We were able to have a meeting with 11 people coronaproof in the meeting room above the library.
Sufficient windows that can be opened for ventilation and good lighting (only accessible via stairs).
Great that we were allowed to use the kitchen, so that we could provide our own catering.
The acoustics of the room are slightly less, which makes it less suitable for having conversations in smaller groups at the same time. If you want to do that anyway, it is necessary to make good agreements so that everyone is understood. (As soon as several people speak at the same time, that becomes almost impossible.)
This room is ideal for a standard, plenary and moderated meeting.
Plenty of parking available and within walking distance of the train station and public transport.
