★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rudest guy I've ever met I think. I was a bit confused about a parcel and he was straight up angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posts service is horrible. Rude service.. If you need anything at all from them or pick up any parcel for even family members and while having their documents and same name be prepared for interrogation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude service. When confused about a parcel he cried out « c’est la loi, c’est comme ça ». Anyway, bring your ID/passport if picking up a parcel driving license is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very rude owner. Absolutely not helpful, wants my company's statute to hand me over a mail that the postman would give to my hand with my personal id...
He makes absolutely no effort to try to explain to you or even help, but tries to find the fastest way out of his job of handing over your parcels... Ah and gets very agressive when you dont happen to be able to speak in french or dutch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I had to pick up a parcel I was met with rudeness and impatience on their part. No effort put at all in customer service. Only after I insisted on how important this parcel is and I need it, did she lazily stand up to look for it, throwing carelessly other parcels (that could have been fragile) on the ground. Both people working there are equally rude!

He didn't bother checking if the parcel was there after 'computer said no'. While according to bpost he had scanned the parcel. Get a cat, meditate, microdose I don't care just be less of a ...
