Super nice! I had the boss online who redirected me to Nadia who herself was a big help with bpost's messy service. I recommend without hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't accept card payments. Very unfriendly. Not helpful at all. Store is a total mess. Very limited offering of newspapers and magazines. Does not respect opening hours that are on Google and BPost notice cards. Probably damaged my package because of a discussion we had a few days earlier, when I received the same kind of package. Was clearly a license plate so he must have thought ''let's give this guy some more to worry about'' and bent it a few times... Avoid if possible.
Edit: had to go back for packages. Left my prejudice behind, but this guy is just the worst. Told me to come back in an hour because he couldn't find my package in his mess. He told me this after waiting for him to help customers that needed cigarettes, and then him trying fruitless to find my package. Please just quit doing bpost, sell your damn cigarettes and leave the real work to professionals.

Your package is already there for a day but if you come the next day at 10AM she's not ready sorting out all packages for the day itself and asks you to come back later in the day. When I try to find a solution as I have no more time later in the day she becomes extremely unfriendly. Bpost, please change this drop off.
