★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my trip to Ghent, I had to pay twice at the cashier because "the first payment didn't go through our computer". Fine, it happens, they'll just charge me back if the first payment did in fact go through.
I call back the next morning to say that I indeed got debited twice and ask if I have to come back to the store to get my money back. The saleswoman tells me that I don't need to because they will just charge back my bank account but she couldn't do it at the moment because the "manager" was the only one who could do it and he/she wouldn't be there before noon. She said there will no problem and that they'll just call me back in the afternoon. I left at 11am to go home (250km). They call back at 2pm, when I basically just got home, to tell me they can't charge back the payment in my bank account and can only refund me by cash so I have to come back in their store. Physically. I tell them it's not possible because it's a 500km trip but they insisted, saying they couldn't do anything else... The cherry on the top : I got told that the manager was in fact in vacation for the next 10 days.
This is actually the first time in my life that I felt scammed and lied to in a reputable store.
I took matter in my own hands and contacted Levi's support and sorted it out myself, thanks to Nassim.
