L	Luke Meneilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives - Social areas are a good place to meet new people and the location is excellent. Communicating with the staff prior to arrival was easy and they have a good system for collecting keys when the reception is shut. Negatives - The bathrooms are unclean and don't have a great smell to them. The biggest issue is beds containing bedbugs which means you'll be coming home with some lovely bite marks as a souvenir (see attached picture).

Anyway, the landlord has been rude a couple of times to me and also consider that it has no lift to bring your baggage upstairs to the top floors EDIT: As you can read below, the manager answers to this evaluation by stating that "they can't find any reservation associated to my name" in order to discredit me, instead of accepting my sincere reproach. Dear management, you had better check again. I spent three days at your place the first week of February. And, to be sincere, this kind of communication strategies are mean and further disappointing.

D	Dylan Thom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + The place is really well set up (location/design). The reception staff was friendly. Rooms clean enough - the In house staff/ manager is nasty. Within a few hours of arriving he was belittling us. He said “are you burning or cooking” when he came to the kitchen. Absolutely ruins the experience. Based on this I would advise against staying here. You will feel uncomfortable otherwise.

G	G. Safitri Muchitawati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick service. I booked half an hour before checking in and the staff drove all the way to open the door, it was rather late in the evening. They have a nice, cozy common room. There's a computer we can use, wifi is ok, and a nice garden! Bits of drawback: the toilet is in the ground floor, so for people living in the uppermost floor, they have to fly all the way down and back for a toilet trip. The music is played all the time in the common room, so it's a bit noisy too, and some sofa needs cleaning.
