Je ne pensais pas rester longtemps mais j'ai été si charmé par cette caverne d'Ali Baba que j'y suis finalement resté tout l'après midi. L'accueil était très chaleureux, les conseils professionnels et utiles. Et pour les amateurs de chapeaux, vous verrez, la collection de chapeaux est époustouflante ;) I came to this shop by chance while walking around Leuven during an outing last spring. I didn't expect to stay long but I was so charmed by this Ali Baba cave that I ended up staying there all afternoon. The welcome was very warm, the advice professional and helpful. And for hat lovers, you will see, the collection of hats is breathtaking;)

Een sjaal gevonden, aan de kassa kreeg ik geen korting, en zag een papier hangen waarop stond: Alles aan -10%, -20% op ...., -30% op hoeden, sjaals, .... .. Bij het vermelden van deze notitie aan de winkelbediende kreeg ik te horen dat dit niet op de nieuwe collectie was. Nergens stond een vermelding van nieuwe/oude collectie. De bediende reageerde vrij bruut/kortaf met 'ik kan het ook houden' .. Ik raad deze winkel aan niemand aan. Received a gift card from a family member. Upon entering, the shop assistant immediately said that everything was at -10%. Found a scarf, I did not get a discount at the checkout, and saw a paper that said: Everything on -10%, -20% on ...., -30% on hats, scarves, .... .. At mentioning this note to the store clerk I was told this was not on the new collection. Nowhere was there a mention of the new / old collection. The servant responded quite brutally / curtly with 'I can keep it too' .. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I come here often, and have only ever had good experiences here - whether regarding gifts, home decoration or summer sales! It's such a beautiful store, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a bit of colour to add to their home or their wardrobe ? Keep up the good work!
