J'ai acheté un juicer qui c'est cassé à la 3 eme utilisation.
J'ai contacté le service après vente, après le 2emme mail plus de réponse.
Je vais en magasin après 2 semaines de silence de leur part.
On refuse d'echanger le produit, (garantie 15 ans!) car c'est un produit de qualité. On me remplace qd même la pièce cassée (il on comme par hasard un stock en magasin)
Et on me dit pour terminer d'être contente qu'on m'a changé la pièce sans mettre en doute ma bonne foi !!!
Bref, déception dans une chaîne de magasins qui a des produits et des vendeurs en géneral sympa, mais si vous avez un problème avec un produit, même neuf, c'est service très minimal avec une attitude ...
 After sales service disappointing !!!!
I bought a juicer that is broken in the 3rd use.
I contacted the after-sales service, after the 2nd email more response.
I go to the store after 2 weeks of silence from them.
We refuse to exchange the product, (guaranteed 15 years!) Because it is a quality product. I'm replaced qd even the broken part (it is like a stock in store)
And I am told to finish being happy that I was changed the room without questioning my good faith!
In short, disappointment in a chain of stores that has products and sellers in general nice, but if you have a problem with a product, even new, it is very minimal service with an attitude ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seul magasin pour ce genre d'articles au Shopping et dans les environs. Rien que les moules à gâteau donne envie de faire de la pâtisserie.? Les prix sont fonction de la qualité. Personnel avenant.
The only store for this type of item in Shopping and the surrounding area. The cake tins alone make you want to bake. ? Prices are a function of quality. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clients du réseau depuis plusieurs années, nous allons très régulièrement à Woluwé pour nos achats professionnels et privés. Le patron nous fait saliver rien qu'en parlant cuisine. Il y a également deux jeunes demoiselles qui doivent être là depuis environ un an et dont la spontanéité et la bonne humeur font plaisir. Vrais férus de cuisine, accueil plus que multilingue et toujours prêts à vous rendre service (lors de ma dernière visite, une dame les remerciait pour une livraison effectuée à domicile). Excellents produits et conseils judicieux, c'est chaque fois une joie de revenir chez vous.
Customers of the network for several years, we go very regularly to Woluwé for our professional and private purchases. The boss makes us salivate just by talking about cooking. There are also two young ladies who must have been there for about a year and whose spontaneity and good humor please. True cooking enthusiasts, more than multilingual welcome and always ready to help you (during my last visit, a lady thanked them for a home delivery). Excellent products and sound advice, it is a joy to come back to you every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très beau magasin qui vend des articles de cuisine luxueux et très jolis, mais attention, le service après vente est très décevant compte tenu aussi du prix de leur produits. A plusieurs occasions j ai du demander des nouvelles pièces pour des articles qui ont montré des défauts. Ceci n est pas leur faute bien évidemment mais quand vous devez retourner plusieurs fois au magasin parce qu'ils n'ont pas fait le suivi de la commande c est quand même très embêtant. Là je suis en attente depuis le mois de juillet de pièce de recharges d'un extracteur qui ma coûte' 450euro, sans nouvelle de leur part j'ai du déjà passer 2 fois au magasin pour entendre comme repose qu ils vont relancer le fournisseur. Ca ne colle pas du tout avec l'image haut de gamme qu'ils proposent.
Very nice store that sells luxury kitchen items and very pretty, but beware, the after-sales service is very disappointing given also the price of their products. On several occasions I had to ask for new parts for items that showed flaws. This is not their fault, of course, but when you have to go back to the store several times because they have not tracked the order it is still very annoying. There I have been waiting since July for a refill room that cost me 450euro, no news from them I had to spend 2 times at the store to hear as rest they will relaunch the provider. It does not stick at all with the high-end image they offer.

Ils m'ont bien informé sur mon choix d'une poêle à griller en fonte et ils m'ont bien expliqué comment s'y prendre pour bien l'entretenir. Donc service impeccable. Je ne rajoute pas la cinquième étoile car il y avait une promo sur leur site internet dont les vendeurs n'avaient apparemment pas connaissance. Bien sûr, j'ai pu profiter de cette promotion. Donc, si le client n'est pas vigilent, il passe à côté. Si non pour le reste c'est impeccable et je recommande sans hésiter.

I insisted I should pay for it (since I would have paid for it in any case). They insisted back they should pay for it. Eventually we split the cost. It is really refreshing to have a store which such a strong customer first attitude
