★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette entreprise est venue pour une intervention dans notre co-propriété il y a plus d'une semaine et suite à cette intervention ils ont endommagé les tuyaux et du coup plus d'eau chaude du tout. On appelle l'entreprise immédiatement à notre retour, ils sont en congé "jusqu'au 03 aout 2020" (plus d'une semaine sans eau chaude sanitaire!). On rappelle ce lundi 03/08/2020, toujours le même répondeur "nos collaborateurs seront à votre disposition dès le lundi 03 août" et absolument aucun moyen de joindre une personne de cette entreprise. On a envoyé un mail il y a une semaine, aucune réponse par mail! C'est une blague en fait?!
 This company came for an intervention in our co-ownership more than a week ago and following this intervention they damaged the pipes and suddenly no hot water at all. We call the company immediately on our return, they are on leave "until August 03, 2020" (more than a week without domestic hot water!). We remind this Monday 03/08/2020, always the same answering machine "our employees will be at your disposal from Monday 03 August" and absolutely no way to reach a person from this company. We sent an email a week ago, no response by email! Is it a joke actually ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word this company is useless! We had an issue in a newly built apartment and they only sent technicians to fix the issue after 6 months! Again we have another issue and they don't even reply. Unprofessional and useless company
