★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I had a nice impression of the shop. Even though it s a more expensive shop, I decided to make my newborn wishlist there since I could have a more personal service. In the end, because the shop is small, some products took very long to come. One took 6 months after it was bought by a friend. Another chair that I have ordered, took 4 months to arrive. The problem is that they don't have any feedback with the client to give a position when it will come. In my case, to be worse they insisted that I had already taken this product that was bought 6 months before. They were very rude and they didn t believe that I hadn t take it. The shop is chaotic. They don t know when the product will come; they don t know which product you already took and they don t know how to communicate well with their clients. Instead of apologizing for what happened, they said many excuses: that I have changed a lot my mind with the list and because I returned 4 products (that initially they said It was really fine).
