Une commande pour 2 produits et les deux ne peuvent se porter après seulement un lavage. 70€ là où je pense et personne ne fait rien. C'est inadmissible. À fuir.
Quality of the products which seem at the top but completely disappointing.
An order for 2 products and both cannot be worn after only one wash. 70 € where I think and nobody does anything. It is unacceptable. To flee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moins de 24 heures après une commande en ligne, et alors que je m'attendais à attendre un peu ma commande en raison des problèmes rencontrés à la poste, on me téléphone pour me proposer une livraison à domicile dans l'heure qui suit. Déjà en période hors covid je trouvais l'équipe en magasin hyper serviable et aux petits soins pour les clientes, mais là je dis chapeau !
Less than 24 hours after an online order, and while I expected to wait a bit for my order due to the problems encountered at the post office, I was called to offer a home delivery within the hour. Already during the off-covid period, I found the in-store team very helpful and attentive to the customers, but here I say hats off!
