★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor alle chocoladeliefhebbers een aan te raden adresje. Maar je moet wél tijd hebben, want de bediening is super vriendelijk, maar heeft ook aandacht voor elk plaatselijk praatje en dat met voldoende tijd.
A recommended address for all chocolate lovers. But you must have time, because the ministry is super friendly, but also has attention for every local chat and that with enough time.

Met Kerst wilden wij graag een geschenkverpakking aanpassen, maar dit was teveel werk (ook al was er niemand in de winkel op dat moment) en gewoon onmogelijk (te raden waarom), en vooral moesten we van alles afblijven wegens COVID. Ik vind het persoonlijk niet teveel gevraagd om voor 55€ een mandje te nemen, het te vullen en in te pakken, maar blijkbaar na 14 jaar klant te zijn, is dit teveel gevraagd. Ik had eigenlijk gewoon mijn mening vlakaf moeten zeggen, maar eerlijk gezegd stond ik verstomd. Daarmee zal ik dus ook de Paasbestelling voor onze 350 personeelsleden gewoon bij Leonidas in St Denijs Westrem bestellen, waar ze wel hulpvaardig, vriendelijk en flexibel zijn! Ook mijn tante had net dezelfde ervaring en komt niet meer terug. Er zijn genoeg chocolatiers in de buurt waar men de klant vriendelijk behandelt en z'n business op prijs stelt...
Unfriendly service. The owner used to be a very friendly woman, but her sister is a lot less ... At Christmas we wanted to adjust a gift box, but this was too much work (even though there was no one in the store at the time) and simply impossible ( guess why), and above all we had to hold off on everything because of COVID. I personally don't think it's too much to ask to take a basket for 55 €, fill it and pack it, but apparently after being a customer for 14 years, this is too much to ask. I should have just said my opinion flatly, but to be honest, I was stunned. With that I will also simply order the Easter order for our 350 employees from Leonidas in St Denijs Westrem, where they are helpful, friendly and flexible! My aunt also had the same experience and will not come back. There are plenty of chocolatiers in the area where they treat the customer friendly and appreciate their business ...
