★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de zoveelste keer lang moeten wachten op mijn bestelling van daglenzen omdat deze niet op vorraad zijn. Dit is nergens aangegeven op de website en dit kom je zelf pas te weten nadat je pakje nog steeds niet verzonden is na een week (normale verzending duurt een dag of 2-3)...
Als je dan een mail stuurt om te vragen hoe het zit aangezien je bijna door je lenzen-voorraad heen bent, dan vertellen ze je dat ze idd niet op voorraad waren. Grappig genoeg zijn de lenzen dan soms nog de dag zelf verzonden...??
Vriendelijk zijn ze wel, daar niets van, maar het kan toch beter i.v.m. bovenstaande klacht, op zen minst verwacht ik een waarschuwing van hun kant zodat de koper weet dat men mogelijk zonder lenzen komt te vallen omdat de levering langer duurt.
In ieder geval, ik heb ondertussen toch een goedkopere online winkel gevonden, met voorraad status beschreven bij je bestelling.
For the umpteenth time I have to wait for my daily lenses order because they are not in stock. This is not indicated anywhere on the website and you will only find this out after your package has still not been shipped after a week (normal shipping takes 2-3 days) ...
If you send an email to ask how it is since you are almost out of your lens stock, they tell you that they were out of stock. Funnily enough, the lenses are sometimes shipped the same day ... ??
They are friendly, none of that, but it could be better because of above complaint, at least I expect a warning on their part so that the buyer knows that they may run out of lenses because the delivery takes longer.
In any case, I have found a cheaper online store, with stock status described with your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snelle en vlotte levering. Erg aangename dienst na verkoop. Al jaren klant en steeds efficiënt en vriendelijk verder geholpen. Je kan altijd gratis je bestellingen afhalen bij één van hun opticiens waar je ook nog eens terecht kan voor raad en daad. Serieuze aanrader!
Fast and smooth delivery. Very pleasant after-sales service. Customer for years and always helped efficiently and friendly. You can always pick up your orders for free at one of their opticians, where you can also go for advice and assistance. Serious recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenzen werden heel snel geleverd en goed verpakt! Scheelt toch ook weer een paar euro met de opticien! Heb een vriendelijke meid gesproken bij de klantenservice, zodat ik precies wist welke lenzen ik moest bestellen!
Lenses were delivered very quickly and well packaged! Also saves a few euros with the optician! I spoke to a friendly girl at customer service, so I knew exactly which lenses I had to order!

Par contre, je n'ai pas pris le temps de comparer les prix, mes lentilles Acuvue vita sont 40% plus chères que partout ailleurs ... (payés 42.5€ la boite de 6 lentilles le 18/05/2018 , contre 29.90€ chez visiondirect.be par exemple)

Reliable site, lenses delivered the next day, nothing to say on that side.
On the other hand, I didn't take the time to compare the prices, my Acuvue vita lenses are 40% more expensive than anywhere else ... (paid € 42.5 for a box of 6 lenses on 05/18/2018, against € 29.90 at visiondirect.be for example)
Scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ca €60 duurder voor glad dezelfde lenzen (Alcon Air Optix Day & Night) dan bij Alensa, pure afzetterij. 1 x bij Lensonline gekocht, dan Alensa online tegengekomen, hetzelfde product, even vlotte levering (2 dagen), met zo'n prijverschil, zeker de moeite, koop nu al jaren mn lenzen bij Alensa.
Ca € 60 more expensive for smooth same lenses (Alcon Air Optix Day & Night) than with Alensa, pure rip off. Bought 1 x at Lensonline, then came across Alensa online, the same product, just as fast delivery (2 days), with such a price difference, definitely worth it, have been buying lenses at Alensa for years now.

Customer with them for almost 10 years now, for the sake of simplicity via online ordering. Having still not received my last order following a concern from their supplier, Lensonline offered me one of their products as a gesture of goodwill; customer service at the top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time using this lens (EYEDEFINITION ACTIVE PLUS), and I need to tell you that this lens literally hurt my eyes. Prior deciding on using this contact lenses, I went to my optician and he recommended to use this as I have very dry eyes. The first 6 months, it was OK. Until I bought the second batch, then my eyes start to hurt, getting irritating, and eventually burned my whole eyes that I cant put them on anymore. So I want to return them, get a refund or exchange to the new brand (after a month I bought the package), Lenonline company said they cant refund because I opened the package. I was like what? If I didnt open the box then how could I know that the product is defected or not working? I mean this product needs to get in contact with the human body, and if I didnt open the box how could I know if the products works or not?.
I talked to a representative, and clearly they didnt want to take any responsibility if they sell fault products and hurt your most important sensory part of your body as they said "they have a policy to NEVER REFUND THE MONEY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG"
So be AWARE, all the consumers who is planning to buy from this website, if anything goes wrong, the company dont care and they are not taking responsibility about your issue. However, they potentially breaking the EU of consumer rights law. According to the EU law in Belgium, if the product is not working, wrong manufactured, they have to refund or give us the new product. But since Lensonline have their own "general rules" they dont give refund (if the package is opened or make you blind). Good luck guys!
