Not able to pay Not even answering calls or mails

Wow never have made such bad experience with a forwarding agent. For a service-oriented customer service is really not their priority. Never answering to calls or mails, have been trying couple of times on daily basis. Once I got threw and the employee was just really rude and didn't really try to help. Even one Star is too high rated for this company

Aucun suivi du transport, 5 jours pour livrer une cargaison de Belgique en République Tchèque. Se vante d'être CO2 neutral mais utilise des sous-traitants polonais pour effectuer ses livraisons... Obliger de décharger à la main la cargaison car son sous-traitant n'avait pas prévu de transpalette... Au vu de tous ces problèmes, une note de crédit de 50€ accordée sur une livraison à 650€... Transporteur véreux qui utilise une publicité mensongère et passe par des transporteurs bon marché pour effectuer son travail... Do not know how to answer from your response. But please be honest... I received a confirmation from ACD at 8:50 that the goods were picked up by you, I had no news from you during the all day, I had to send an email again and your answer was: "we were only able to load the goods in the afternoon, and we are now looking for a solution to deliver it to you ASAP. Since the 11th of June you knew the date and you waited until the 25th of June to find a way to deliver this good... Also the driver did not help to unload the goods, I had to use 2 of my workers to do it, also I waisted 30 minutes discussing with him to convince him that it was possible for him to come with his truck in my street.... The only reason you used a polish transporter was to put more money in your pocket. Goods were ready on the 24th of June and finally arrived on the 30th... I am really disappointed by your services, I was hoping to collaborate with your company to deliver my customers, but as your employee told me I can just look for a better carrier...
