β β β β β I was helped by Sebastien who helped me buy a tailored cut rug and went the extra mile in helping me get the proper cut. On my way out, I forgot a piece of rug in the store and when I called him later on, Sebastien suggested to drop it off at my place (we don't live far from Zaventem). I really appreciated being helped in such a professional way and I am really happy when customer service is topnotch just like that when I shopped at Leen Bakker. I definitely recommend Leen Bakker's professional staff! Thank you Sebastien!

All staff was super friendly.
Great selection of furniture and not too expensive.
Better quality then Ikea.

β β β β β This is a nice furniture and decoration shop in Zaventem, near Ikea. Prices are ok, quality reasonable, mostly low-middle budget. Don't expect top design here, but they have nice articles for several types of styles. It's not the biggest shop of it's kind in the surrounding but worth a visit if you're near.

β β β β β Ordered 2 items. Expected delivery 1 month later. Order was cancelled due to unavailability of products even though the day we ordered it both items were available in stock. We were not informed about the cancellation until the next day of the expected delivery because we called and they announced to us that the order had been camcelled . Very unprofessional behaviour.

β β β β β Horrible service, respectively zero service and rudeness by Leen Bakker βservice clientΓ¨leβ. This is not be fault of this particular shop, where the purchase took place, but Leen Bakker general attitude.
Waiting for VAT return for more than half a year.
Leen Bakker services do not pick up the phone, ignore emails, their βservice clientΓ¨leβ was enormously rude to my person when I mentioned over the phone that the purpose of my call is VAT return, on 26 August 2021, at 14:48 and 14:50.

β β β β β A nice selection of furniture, some of the items seemed a bit more expensive for what it is or compared to the competing stores. Next to a big parking which is always a plus.
