★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Covid, we both used to travel two weeks a month. Eating here was most definitely, and hands down, the best meal since lockdown. If you are doubting between menus, do go for the most courses. It's the kind of food you close your eyes to enjoy!

Ok the rooms are nice, the amenities top (le parfum de Nathalie) & the restaurants top, but what differentiates is service with a big S. Reception, bell boys, breakfast staff and restaurant staff : all are sincerely friendly and service oriented. One to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel with a great personalised service. We travelled with a dog who was welcome and our room was even prepared with a bed for her and goodies to eat. And the restaurant to are as great and staff is as friendly as in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stay at the heart of Durbuy close to all restaurants. The rooms are quiet, comfy and spacious. The beds are really super comfortable compared to many beds in hotels where we have been. The announced 5 stars is a bit overrated as the hotel is good, no doubt, but that's it. This is not an Abu Dhabi 5 stars ;-).
The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is healthy, with great choices and the excellent barista arranges for your cappuccino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They discriminate if they do not think you are wealthy, and they also will discriminate against you if they think you are American. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. 5 minutes before the new year and they did this. Henri and William (man with red hair and glasses) should be ashamed and be fired for their actions. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I am still in shock. Do NOT stay here OR eat or drink at their establishment. They also own WAGYU bar. Beware. There are many staff members that are amazing, but these two individuals (and from what I was told by others…the chef as well), are absolutely horrible and will discriminate against you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very nice experience. Hotel is great, rooms are beautiful. Dinner in the Brusserie was excellent. The only downside was the service of the waiters. Both in the restaurant and in the bar, service is chaotic. Waiters forget orders, take 40 minutes to bring your drinks. Service is not on par in terms of quality with everything else in the hotel.
