We hesitated a little to try it because it just had three reviews and I am so glad I was wrong to judge it. The waffles are literally out of the world with their slight caramelised sugar coating. Don't think twice, just walk in and order a waffle. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best waffle I've ever had, and certainly the best in the center of Brussels. Avoid the tourist traps and just go here. It looks very unassuming but the owner makes the dough himself and pre-rises it, which makes for a fluffy, buttery, and crispy waffle. ?

We were recommended the chocolate and cherry with whipped cream which ended up being our favorite! The Nutella pistachio is a little too sweet for me, as the waffle is sweet by itself already. But overall, great first experience with Belgian waffles :)
