★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication. I tried to book by e-mail to save the hotel the fees they have to pay to the booking platforms. After asking 2x for a confirmation of our reservation, they told me that they don't have any rooms anymore. If I would have booked directly through a platform, I would have a room now. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed here the night France defeated Belgium in the World Cup and if ever there was a case of 'the match that stopped a nation' this was it. This is a beautifully restored mill house with some exquisite features. Breakfast was a simple yet wonderful affair with local produce - local yogurts, ham, cheese, breads, jams and honies - the Chef d'Maitre excelled in his explanation of all. I enquired about purchasing one of the picture story books from the rooms (I bought 2 of the same - 1 in English and 1 in French) and was told that the ppl behind the publishing house were the same ppl that owned the hotel! we will most definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool buildings and a great small hotel/large B&B. Rooms are 'nice' rather than fashionable, but it's a great place to stay in this small village with four restaurants in easy walking distance.Immaculately clean. We liked all the homemade stuff for breakfast. Dogs welcome for a supplement.
