Le propriétaire était très avenant et charmant.
Aujourd'hui, le propriétaire a grandement perdu ces qualités et le lavoir mériterait d'être sérieusement rafraîchi. On peut y voir des traces noir sur les murs et l'amoncellement de saleté sous les machines. Il semble que l'on augmente les activités de blanchisserie au détriment de l'espace du local principal. Le public n'est peut-être pas toujours respectueux mais si on laisse aller les choses, cela ne s'améliorera pas.

The owner was very welcoming and charming.
Today, the owner has greatly lost these qualities and the washhouse deserves to be seriously refreshed. You can see black marks on the walls and the accumulation of dirt under the machines. Laundry activities seem to be increasing at the expense of the space in the main room. The public may not always be respectful, but if we let things go, it will not improve.
