G	Gail Scowcroft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small neighborhood restaurant is a hidden gem. I ate here two nights in a row while in Brussels. The first night I had lasagna bolanese. The sause was authentic and delicious. The casserole bubbling out of the oven had plenty of cheese and, the portion was huge. It was just as good as my Italian mother in law’s. The next night I had intended to order pizza, because they looked so good. However, I ordered pasta bolanese. Again, it was a home run. The pasta was not over cooked and the homemade sauce was great. I also had a small salad that was full of a variety of vegetables. The pasta portion was huge, definitely enough for two. The prices were incredible 9.50 E for the lasagna and 8.59 E for the pasta. If I go back to Brussels and need some comfort food, I will go back!

The pizzas are all loaded with cheese, you had the impression that they were just selling cheese with some additional pizza. I had a pizza marinara which was made with onions (never seen this recipe in my whole life because of reasons) and smelled quite fishy. The men's toilets cannot be locked although it is necessary for this type of room. We had to change the seats at our own several times due to a very unpleasent cold airflow. All in all I am not recommending this restaurant because sadly all aspects that would have made it a good establishment were hiding somewhere they couldn't be found.

Young enthusiastic staff who responded with pleasure to our little demands. Food was great. Had a big pizza. Cheap for the service and late opening! Thank you!
