★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes arrivés avec des amis. Le Shop était fermé. Le patron est arrivé par la suite et nous a présenté pas mal de produits. Nous avons été enchanté par ses explications et nous avons acheté pas mal de canard, foie gras etc.
Il nous a donné de très bons conseils.
We arrived with friends. The Shop was closed. The boss later arrived and presented us with a lot of products. We were delighted by his explanations and we bought a lot of duck, foie gras etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful little business just outside of La Roche. The owner is welcoming and gave us a lovely explanation of all the products on display and how best to prepare and cook them. He is evidently passionate about his products and the welfare of the animals on the farm. We had the duck breast for dinner the same night we bought it, prepared following his instructions. Delightful!
